Project Update - September 2009
Thru the Valley Project Status: The Thru the Valley Project is currently undergoing a technical design review process by the Ohio Department of Transportation, as required by the Project Development Process. After the review is complete we will continue work on the environmental process and move into the detailed design phase of the project.
Project Timeline: Construction is scheduled to begin in 2013 for the portion of the project from just south of Shepherd Lane to just north of Glendale-Milford Road. The remaining portions of the Thru the Valley Project are not yet fully funded, therefore their timeframe for construction is unknown, but expected to be after 2015.
Public Meeting: We expect to hold our next public meeting in the summer of 2010, please check back for more information. The meeting will focus on the right-of-way acquisition process and the details of the Preferred Alternative.
