May 13, 2010 Public Hearing
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. This meeting will be held in an open-house style format from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a brief 10-minute presentation beginning at 5:00 p.m.
A public verbal comment period will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pre-Registration is REQUIRED at the hearing before 4:45 p.m. to give a verbal comment.
While at the meeting you will be able to ask questions and submit comments on the project.

July 19, 2006 Public Meeting
The third public meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at the Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio. This meeting will be held in an open-house style format from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
While at the meeting you will be able to ask questions and submit comments on the Feasible Alternatives for the project.

January 19, 2005 Public Meeting
Public input is
an important part of the Thru the Valley project. Public input received
from the January 19, 2005, meeting will be reviewed and incorporated
into the conceptual alternatives for further evaluation. The next step
is to develop a short list of feasible alternatives for additional analysis.
Once a preferred
alternative is selected, the project will move into the environmental
documentation and design phases. Construction is anticipated to begin
in the Spring of 2010.

Community Meetings
As needed, the
project team has met with several community groups to discuss the Thru
the Valley project. Some of the meetings are informal and are simply
opportunities to share basic information. At other meetings PowerPoint
presentations have been given. A copy of those presentations can be
downloaded and are provided below.
